Summary
Use Tour to set when families can book, schedule tours for specific families, and track upcoming and completed visits.
Before you start
- You need staff access to the center's Tour page.
- Select the correct location if your center has multiple sites.
Set availability (self-serve booking)
- Open Tour from the main navigation.
- Select the Availability tab.
- Add or edit weekly hours and blocked dates so families only see times you are open.

- On Tour, open the Upcoming tab.
- Select Schedule a tour.

Common questions
Can parents book without staff scheduling each tour?
Yes — share your tour booking link from Tour → Settings. Parents pick an open slot themselves when availability is configured.
How do I block vacation days?
On Availability, add a date range block so tour bookings are unavailable those days.
A family did not get a confirmation
Check Tour Communications templates and the family's email on their waitlist application. See How automated messages work.
