- Families still need your center's waitlist link or an offer email to take action; Help explains the steps.

No. Centers Help is for staff. Use the families links in the table above.
What if a link does not load for a family?
Ask them to try a private browser window. If it still fails, contact Kiddo support with the exact link you sent.
