How to accept an enrollment offer
Summary When a center sends you an offer, a spot is available for your child — you have until the deadline on Home to accept or decline before it expires. This guide explains how to respond in Kiddo. Before you start - Sign in to Kiddo with the email address the center has on file for your family. - You need an active offer — check Home or your email for a notification from the center. Steps 1. Sign in at app.joinkiddo.com (Parents tab → enter your email → enter the verification code on Check Your Email). 2. Open Home. 3. Find the offer card for your child — it shows the center name and deadline. Offer card on Home with classroom, schedule, and start date 4. Review the classroom, schedule, and start date shown on the offer. 5. To accept, select Accept, then confirm in the Accept Offer dialog. Accepting secures the spot and starts enrollment steps your center requires. Accept and Reject buttons on the offer notification Accept Offer confirmation dialog 6. To decline, select Reject, then confirm in the Decline Offer dialog. Declining releases the spot; your child stays on the waitlist unless the center tells you otherwise. You can also open the offer from the link in your email — sign in when prompted, then follow the same steps on Home. What happens next If you accept: Your application status updates to show the offer is accepted. The center may ask for enrollment documents or fees next — watch Home and your email. If you decline: The spot goes to another family. You remain on the waitlist at that center unless you withdraw. If the deadline passes: The offer expires. Contact the center if you still want a spot — they may send a new offer if one is available. Common questions I missed the deadline. Can I still accept? The offer may already be expired in Kiddo. Email the center directly — they decide whether a new offer is available. Can two guardians respond? Any guardian on the family account can accept or decline while the offer is active. Only one response counts — the first completed action applies. What if I accept by mistake? Contact the center right away. They can help from their side; do not assume the spot is still open if you need to reverse your answer.
