Summary After you accept an offer (or when enrollment starts), your center may ask for documents — immunization records, forms, or photo releases. Upload them securely in Kiddo. Before you start - Sign in with the email on your application. - Know which documents are required (listed on Home or in email from the center). Steps From Home 1. Sign in and open Home. 2. Find the document task on your center's card (or open the notification). 3. Select Upload Documents or the specific document name. 4. In the upload window, read the center's instructions. 5. Choose a file from your device (PDF or image formats your center accepts). 6. Submit. Repeat for each required document type. From email 1. Open the document request email from your center. 2. Select the upload link and sign in if prompted. 3. Follow the same upload steps for each file. You can upload one file per document type unless the center asks for replacements. What happens next - The center reviews uploads on their side. You may receive follow-up if something is missing or unclear. - When all required documents are accepted, enrollment can move toward Enrolled status. Common questions What file types can I upload? Common formats are PDF and photos (JPG/PNG). If upload fails, try a smaller file or PDF export from your phone. Can I replace a document I uploaded? Open the same document task again if the center allows re-upload, or contact the center for guidance.
